Marley Ludlow Plus – Concrete Tile – Smooth Brown

The Marley Ludlow Plus is a smaller version of the popular Marley Ludlow Major Roof Tile. It does, however, share its interlocking system and is available in as greater variety of finishes and colours. Due to the smaller tile size, this Marley roof tile reduces wastage and is therefore a popular choice amongst those renovating an existing roof.

Marley Ludlow Plus Roof Tiles are ideal for roof pitches between 22.5° and 90°, dependent upon the finish. The headlap used is dictated by the pitch, although the minimum headlap that can be achieved on this Marley roof tile is 75mm.

This concrete roof tile can achieve an ‘A+’ rating in the Building Research Establishment’s Green Guide to Specification. It has remained environmentally friendly whilst also offering incredible durability, hence its use on thousands of residential and commercial properties across the country.

Marley Ludlow Plus Roof Tile – Smooth

Smooth Marley Ludlow Plus Roof Tiles are available in two wonderful colours. These include smooth brown and grey, which are two ideal choices for both residential and commercial properties.

The smooth variety of this Marley roof tile is suitable for pitches between 22.5° and 90°. A 100mm headlap is recommended on 22.5° pitches, although other circumstances can cause the headlap to alter.

Marley Ludlow Plus Roof Tile – Granular

This Marley roof tile is also available in a granular finish, providing a slightly more rustic appearance. The granular variety is available in various wonderful colours. These include Antique Brown, Dark Red, Greystone, and Old English Dark Red.

The granulated variety of this Marley roof tile is ideal on pitches between 30° and 90°. When fitting this roof tile at 30°, a 75mm headlap is recommend. Note that other circumstances may alter the required headlap.
